	Kalua Pork Maui Quesadilla – Hawaiian-style smoked pork, with Shiitake mushrooms, caramelized Maui onions, cream cheese, spinach and cilantro in a flour tortilla wrap.
Roasted Vegetable Bruschetta	Grilled Vegetable Bruschetta – Garlic-grilled flat bread with sautéed Shiitake mushrooms, roasted red peppers, spinach, eggplant and tomatoes bruschetta. Served with a roasted red pepper coulis and balsamic vinaigrette.
Seared Fresh Island Fish	Seared Fresh Island Fish – Seasoned red snapper seared to perfection topped with a sweet chili black bean sauce & vegetables over steamed white rice.
Grilled Marinated Chicken	Grilled Marinated Chicken & Shrimp – Breast of chicken in a seasoned soy & garlic marinade, and garlic shrimp served with caramelized pineapples and steamed white rice.
Tenderloin Steak & Shrimp	Tenderloin Steak & Shrimp – A medallion of beef and a grilled jumbo shrimp topped with a lemon-garlic sauce and garlic smashed potatoes.
